Our vineyard is made up of 80% Pinot Noir, the emblematic grape variety of Burgundy wines. It is characterised by wines of great finesse and aromas of red and black fruits. It is the only grape variety used for the vinification of our red wines.
We work one and a half hectares of Chardonnay. Planted on a limestone hillside with a southern exposure, this terroir allows it to reveal all the elegance and minerality that characterises this grape variety from which the great white wines of Burgundy are made.
On a hillside of fine sandstone, we cultivate one hectare of Aligoté. This typically Burgundian grape variety gives fresh and floral wines.
Our vines are grown in accordance with sustainable cultivation methods and with the utmost care so they give us back the best of themselves. The grape, only raw material of the wine, must be of the best quality. We ensure that the sanitary conditions and maturity are perfect for the harvest.
Located near the estate, our vineyard is mainly planted on a limestone hillside facing east and south. Our plots each have their own terroir, that is why we strive to vinify and mature each cuvée differently and separately to reveal the typicity and character of their terroir.
